Tomorrow, November 4th 2010, marks the 60th year anniversary of my grandparents. They are both near 80 now and have seen each other through a lifetime of ups and downs, 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grand children. They are an example to me and I love them both dearly. My grandfather has fought and beaten cancer as has my grandmother. They are my spiritual rock and usually the ones I turn to when I need love and support. They are happy and still hold hands, which I love and think is so cute. 60 years has been good to them. They may not have the riches of this world, but they have the riches of Christ, a strong support system within the family and the church.
Congratulations to my wonderful grandparents!! This is a huge accomplishment and I love you both. You are a role model to the rest of us.
